MANAGER CLIENT SERVICES
- Act as Client Company Director, collectively with the other director/s responsible for the compliant management of the Client companies, by ensuring adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements to promote the highest standards of client relationship management.
- To manage a portfolio of Real Estate clients where knowledge of limited partnerships would be desirable.
- To provide trust and company administration services to an allocated caseload of predominately medium/high risk multi-jurisdictional high net worth clients in accordance with the strategic plan, regulatory requirements, GROUP ELEVEN service levels and company standards to meet client expectations.
- Provide support and direction to the Senior management team and colleagues as required
- Contribution to the maintenance and improvement of internal customer relationships and efficiencies, by ensuring of clear objective setting, effective communication, support of personal development
- To provide accurate time recording to ensure the correct fee income is derived
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competence
- A strategic and practical understanding and application of high-quality client service delivery
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
- Strong verbal, written communication, and people skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong technical CSP/TSP knowledge
- Good organisation and control of workflow
- Understanding of the importance of strong Corporate Governance
- Clear understanding of Regulatory requirements
SENIOR ADMINSTRATOR CLIENT SERVICES
- To act as a Senior Administrator and support of other team members, under the guidance of the Client Services Associate Director, deal accurately with all issues and administration related tasks, in accordance with the strategic plan, regulatory requirements, Group Eleven service levels and company standards to meet client expectations.
- Act as a Senior Administer for a portfolio of Real Estate clients where knowledge of limited partnerships would be desirable.
- Assist in the management and review of, investments and other client assets, including the review of related documentation.
- Preparation of minutes/resolutions
- Process Financial Transactions such as Dividends, Distributions and Loans
- Maintain Company and Trust records, including client due diligence
- Participate fully in ad hoc projects/committees as required
- To provide accurate time recording to ensure the correct fee income is derived
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal customer efficiency
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competence
- Minimum 5 years CSP/TSP knowledge
- Good organisation and control of own workflow
- Understanding of the importance of strong Corporate Governance
- Clear understanding of Regulatory requirements
- Initiative-taking and can work under pressure
- A practical understanding and application of high-quality client service delivery
- Good verbal, written communication, and people skills, with the ability to present concepts in a clear and concise manner
ADMINSTRATOR CLIENT SERVICES
- To administer with support of other team members, under the guidance of the Client Services Manager, deal accurately with all issues and administration related tasks, in accordance with the strategic plan, regulatory requirements, Group Eleven service levels and company standards to meet client expectations
- Assist with the administration of a portfolio of Clients Companies and Trusts
- Assist in the management and review of investments and other client assets, including the review of related documentation
- Preparation of minutes/resolutions
- Opening and managing client bank accounts, including preparing payment instructions
- Undertake relevant Statutory Filing as required
- Process Financial Transactions such as Dividends, Distributions and Loans
- Maintain Company and Trust records, including due diligence
- Assist the Manager/Associate Director of Client Services with the collation of client data required for regulatory reporting and internal reporting
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal customer efficiency
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competence
- Ideally, minimum 3 years CSP/TSP knowledge
- Working towards a professional qualification
- Good organisation and control of own workflow
- Understanding of the importance of and application of strong Corporate Governance
- Good verbal, written communication, and people skills
- Clear understanding of Regulatory requirements
