Compliance Officer & MLRO
Group Eleven is currently seeking to appoint a Compliance Officer (CO) & Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to support the development and effective delivery of the company’s AML/CFT/PF and financial services regulation compliance needs, requirements and obligations.
Role overview
This role exists within a three-person compliance team under the leadership of a Head of Compliance.
The company provides TCSP and Fund Administration services and activities and values both personal skills and professional attributes as well as evidenced relevant subject matter and technical expertise and experience.
This role may be suitable for (i) an existing MLRO, (ii) a DMLRO who assesses they are ready or close to being ready for progression to being an MLRO (iii) a compliance professional (iv) an applicant with TCSP client facing experience possessing a passion for AML and compliance.
The MLRO constituent to this role is responsible for overseeing the acting as the designated MLRO in accordance with IOM AML/CFT legislation, regulatory requirements, and standards.
The role is also required:
- to contribute to the company’s AML/CFT/PF related policies, manuals, risk assessment and control documents
- to positively contribute to the company’s AML/CFT/PF culture
- to be the primary contact point for reporting to and liaison with the IOM Financial Intelligence Unit
- Prepare and submit AML related regulatory returns
- Advise the Board and senior management on AML risks and developments.
The SCP constituent to this role includes:
- conduct periodic compliance assurance activities and compliance operational tasks (both AML and financial service regulatory related) on both an ad hoc (as business requirements dictate) plus as documented in the compliance assurance monitoring plan
- reviewing and assessing conformance of E/CDD information packs generated by the business units

Senior Administrator – Fund Services
Group Eleven is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our Fund Services team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the financial services sector, including experience with exempt and exempt type schemes and fund administration.
The main responsibilities include:
- To promote the highest standards of client relationship management
- Act as a Senior Administrator for a portfolio of Collective Investment Schemes, specifically Exempt and Exempt Type Schemes.
- Assist with the management and review of investments and other client assets, including review of related documentation.
- Preparation of minutes and resolutions, including preparation of quarterly board packs.
- Opening and managing client bank accounts, including preparing payment instructions
- Undertake relevant Statutory Filing
- Process Financial Transactions such as Subscriptions, Redemptions, Capital Calls and Distributions.
- Ensure compliance with Funds Legislation, Offering Documents, Investment parameters and associated obligations.
- Maintaining Company records, including Investor due diligence and periodic risk reviews.
- Participate fully in ad hoc projects as required.
