Senior Administrator/Manager Fund Services
We are looking for a Senior Administrator/Manager to join part of our growing Fund Services department who will report directly to the Head of Fund Services
Key tasks for this role include:-
- Wide ranging administrative responsibilities pursuant to a diverse and comprehensive portfolio of multi-jurisdictional Collective Investment Schemes
- Assist the Head of Fund Services with complex operational Fund tasks
- Assist and have oversight of the junior members of the department
- Minimum 5 years funds experience

Associate Director
We are looking for an Associate Director with responsibility for a team of Client Services Administrators/Managers. The role requires the individual to provide trust and company administration services, including progressive client contact to an allocated portfolio of clients in accordance with the strategic plan, regulatory requirements, Group Eleven service levels and company standards to meet client expectations.
The role includes providing support to the Senior management team and colleagues as required. Contribution to the maintenance and improvement of internal customer relationships and efficiencies, by ensuring clear objective setting, effective communication, and support of personal development. To provide accurate time recording and to undertake other responsibilities as required.

Manager Client Services
We are looking for a Manager within our Client Services team to provide trust and company administration services, including managing a varied portfolio in accordance with the strategic plan, regulatory requirements, Group Eleven service levels and company standards to meet client expectations including-:
- Undertake management and review of investments and other client assets
- Preparation of minutes/resolutions
- Ensure Client Reviews and Risk Assessments are completed and within required timescales
- Process Financial Transactions such as Dividends, Distributions and Loans
- Maintain Company and Trust records
- Participate in ad hoc projects/committees as required
The candidate will provide support and direction to the Senior management team and colleagues as required, provide accurate daily time recording and undertake other responsibilities as required. The individual should have previous experience in a similar role.
