Senior Administrator Client Services

We have a vacancy for a Senior Trust and Company Administrator to join our Isle of Man team.

The role would ideally be suited to an experienced administrator with a minimum of 5 years CSP/TSP knowledge. Ideally, the candidate should have good organisational skills, be able to accurately deal with all administration related tasks in accordance with the strategic plan/regulatory requirements and Group Eleven service levels to meet client expectations including:-

  • Assist in the management and review of investments and other client assets
  • Preparation of minutes/resolutions
  • Ensure Client Reviews and Risk Assessments are completed and within required timescales
  • Process Financial Transactions such as Dividends, Distributions and Loans
  • Maintain Company and Trust records
  • Provide accurate daily time recording
  • Assist the Associate Director and Manager of Client Services with the collation of client data required for regulatory reporting and internal reporting
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal customer efficiency
  • Any other tasks as may be required from time to time

Statutory Officer

Group Eleven are seeking a Statutory Officer to join their team in the Isle of Man.  This is a fantastic opportunity that allows you to build your career whilst maintaining a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Statutory Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality client service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Annual Return preparation and filing for multiple jurisdictions.
  • Handling Company Formations, Transfers, Restorations and Conversions.
  • Managing appointment and resignation of Company Officers and maintaining statutory registers.
  • Processing Share Transfers and other essential statutory documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with Beneficial Owner reporting.
  • Supporting junior colleagues to build technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Contribution to the maintenance and improvement of internal customer efficiency.
  • Assisting the New Business team with onboarding
  • Clear understanding of Regulatory requirements
  • Any other tasks as may be required from time to time

Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience in the fiduciary sector and has strong technical competence and the ability to share knowledge effectively.  The holding of or working towards a professional qualification would be advantageous.
