David qualified as a lawyer with Clifford Chance, London in 1987. He practiced as a corporate/corporate finance lawyer with Clifford Chance advising on various international transactions and the establishment and ongoing operation of offshore structures before establishing his own legal practice in 1991.
In 2006 David moved to Gibraltar advising on the establishment, on-going operation and management of a number of international structures including funds and investment companies and was appointed a director of a number of the entities. David formed Dolmen Fiduciary Services with Tony Keating in 2011 subsequently merging the business with The Law Trust.
David is admitted as a solicitor in England and Gibraltar and is a registered legal practitioner in the Isle of Man. He is a director of a number of companies and has substantial commercial and business experience having been involved with a wide range of companies acting in both legal and commercial roles.
