Sonia has worked in the financial sector since 1993 starting as a trust administrator and quickly working up to a management role over the next 10 years.
During this time, Sonia was involved in the start-up of a new Trust Company which provided her with extensive experience on all aspects of the business, covering both management and services.
After gaining her Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualification, Sonia spent a year in Guernsey working in a Trust Company. Upon her return to the Isle of Man, Sonia worked for a year in banking before moving back into a Trust Manager role.
Over last 15 years Sonia has specialised in conducting client reviews, training and coaching.
Outside of the office, you can generally find Sonia at the Gaiety Theatre or Villa Marina where her management, coaching and creative skills are often put to use both offstage and onstage.
